Brittney Cat is gladly taking suggestions and submissions from local artists in Louisville, KY who are interested in being featured on Slutty Muffin. The requirements are as follows:
- You must be willing to have your photo taken
- You must be willing to answer 10 questions
- You must be an artist/musician
- You must be awesome
